Ricardo G. FedericoRicardo G. Federico is a Toronto-based lawyer with an advocacy practice in criminal law.

Ricardo has conducted many trials and appeals, including complex cases of commercial white-collar crime, murder, extradition, narcotics, assaults, regulatory offences and other serious matters.

Ricardo has authored and co-authored scholarly articles for The Criminal Law Quarterly, Criminal Reports, and is also an editor for Criminal Pleadings and Practice in Canada, Second Edition.

Ricardo G. Federico is an Adjunct Professor of Law – Osgoode Hall Law School York University – Toronto.

Professor Young maintains an advocacy practice in criminal law and procedure that is primarily devoted to challenging state authority.
